We ship nationwide throughout the United States, including:

All 50 states
Washington D.C.
Alaska and Hawaii shipping rates are calculated separately
We do not currently ship internationally


Processing Time Order Processing:
Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
Custom Cut Orders: 3-5 business days
Large Orders (over $2,500): 2-4 business days


Processing Schedule:
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same day (if in stock)
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST ship the next business day
No processing weekends or holidays

Expedited Shipping
2-Day Express: +$89.95
Next Day: +$149.95
Available for installation supplies and smaller grass rolls only
Freight Delivery (Large Orders)
For orders over 1,000 sq ft or 500+ lbs:

Curbside Delivery: Calculated at checkout
Lift Gate Service: +$ 75 (if needed)

Does not apply to expedited or freight delivery upgrades

Product-Specific Shipping Artificial Grass Rolls:
Small Rolls (under 100 sq ft): Standard shipping
Large Rolls (100+ sq ft): May require freight delivery
Custom Cuts: Additional processing time applies

Installation Supplies:
Adhesives/Glues: Ground shipping only (hazmat restrictions)
Tools & Accessories: All shipping methods available
Bulk Orders: May qualify for freight pricing

P.O. Boxes (for artificial grass rolls)
APO/FPO addresses (military bases overseas)

Residential deliveries: Standard rates apply
Commercial/Business: May qualify for reduced rates

Alaska: Additional $99-299 depending on size/weight
Hawaii: Additional $149-399 depending on size/weight
Delivery time: 7-14 business days

Tracking number emailed within 24 hours of shipment
Track online at carrier website (UPS, FedEx, or freight company)
Delivery notifications available via text/email
Carrier Information:
Standard packages: UPS or FedEx
Freight deliveries: Regional freight carriers
Final carrier determined by destination and product type


Delivery Issues
Damaged Packages:
Inspect immediately upon delivery
Note damage on the delivery receipt
Take photos of the damage
Contact us within 48 hours
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Report immediately to us and the carrier
A police report may be required
Replacement or refund processed after investigation

Failed Delivery Attempts:
Multiple attempts were made by the carrier
Contact the carrier to arrange redelivery
Storage fees may apply after 5 days
International Shipping
Currently not available. We only ship within the United States.
International shipping may be available in the future - join our newsletter for updates.

Holiday Shipping Holiday Schedules:
No shipping on major holidays
Extended processing during peak seasons
Order early for guaranteed holiday delivery
Holiday cutoff dates announced on website
